FAQ

Can craftsmen participate without paying for a booth?

Yes.  However, you will not be allowed to sell anything.  If an artist wants to demonstrate only, or a dance troupe or musician wants to perform we will have designated areas to host you.

How do I apply as an artist? Why is it a juried event?

Artists that participated in past years of ACWW do not have to reapply.  Simply fill out the form, and check off 4th year.

To fill out the artist application select the “Registration” Button above or go to the Artists page in the menu and you will find the application and details there.

The organizers feel deeply about showcasing a balance of different art mediums and those that demonstrate the skills that craftsmen have honed and dedicated themselves to. Therefore a notable jury of three that are in the arts field review each application and the artist’s work and background.

What is the cost to be a sponsor?

You can download our sponsorship information on the Sponsor page in the menu.  We offer various sponsorship packages for businesses providing full promotional opportunities.

When is the deadline to participate?

ACWW will need to have applications from last year’s event in by September 1st.

New applications that require jury review should be received no later than August 15th.

Will there be a rain date if extreme weather prevents the event from taking place?

Yes.   Saturday, September 28th 2019 is the rain date.
