Charlotte Finch-Joe’s Mom’s Travel Snacks

My name is Charlotte, and I am also Joe’s Mom. My gourmet nut blends are homemade and were created as a healthy alternative snack choice. They do not contain highly processed sugars and are free of preservatives.
I use small amounts of Organic Maple Syrup, Pure Honey and/or Coconut Sugar, for the glaze and, occasionally
Organic unrefined Coconut Oil.
A quick list: Cowabunga Balls: energy bites, Southport Sweet & Salty: grain-free granola, Cinnamon Maple Glazed Pecans, Cajun Mix with pecans, Carolina Beach Nuts: walnuts, chopped almonds and dried cranberries.
