About Marianne Donohue
I make one of a kind gifts and decor and I named my studio Needle and Thread.
I learned to sew from my mom, Frances. She could make anything using a needle and thread and she made it look easy. I learned to make clothing, including my wedding dress and formal dresses for my teenage daughters, until I discovered quilting. Now I have retired from sewing with silky fabrics and exclusively make decorative pillows and quilts. They can be whimsical, personal or fancy.
